About Me
Healthy, strong, optimistic, and still surprised to learn I had Hepatitis C for who knows how long (viral load 11,700,000; genotype 1b). But finally after some seriously big decisions, 48 weeks of killing treatment, and 6 months of waiting, I'm now SVR (as of 9/21/07) and that means I did it.

I don't understand why your doctor/physician's Ass doesn't put you on Neupogen. That brought my whites and ANC up to normal in 2 weeks. yes, it's expensive (over $200 a dose) but with a little child in the house bringing home goodness knows what kinds of germs, I really think you and your doctor or P. Ass should think about this.

Sounds like a more comfortable seat has been occupied on your viral choo-choo-train. How Long do you think you will be on 3/4 dose?

I'll ask about the Neupogen.
With my small size they did say in the past that possibly a smaller dose was plenty (not sure if that's part of the decision). For now, they're imposing a lower my dose for two weeks... I'm cool with it, breaks things up a bit!
