I just spent the last three hours reading your blog from beginning to end. I've decided to change my "hero" on myspace to YOU! (sorry Dolly Parton...you're out!) Wish I could have been there for your party. (I was one of the one's that was there in spirit) Your voice and your journey are just amazing, like you. See you when I get back from my crazy rv adventure.
love, Molly

And now you know why I'm not even going for any lab tests until 6 months post treatment. I have a lab slip for a 3 month PCR, which I'm not even going to use! But we're so different - you started treatment within a year of diagnosis, I waited 8 1/2 years.
Molly!! Hey! Thanks for ready my blog (and putting me in as your hero - thank you thank you)- how did you hear about it? Your site (and adventure) is fantastic! I tried to leave a comment but your exclusive club said I have to be a member first. Pff! So here's my comment: You are SO BEAUTIFUL! and brave! and hilarious! and did I mention beautiful... burly hottie girl traveling the country! Love it. When will you be back? Let me know and I'll see you then!
UC: you never want to get the PCR tests done :) I think you'd skip the 6 month test if you could... you're probably considering it right now :)
:) Saw a comment from Ample about snakes on Juancho's site and when I looked to see who it was it was YOU! I hadn't heard about your evil virus (said with fist clenched and face scrunched) until DJ called to tell me about the party. She knew I would want to try to make it back for it, but I couldn't swing it.
I realize that you probably didn't feel like yourself a good bit of the time you were in treatment, but you sure sounded like yourself on your blog! Feisty, funny, creative... This adventure I'm on, and your blog have really made me realize how lucky we are to have such an amazing group of friends. I already knew, but this drives it home.
Ample...You just sweep up them flowers and put them in some water and stop thinking about it. You'll be singing & dancing pretty soon and I want a front row seat please:)

Ms. Ample, I'm Juancho's Mom and also an ENTP and Leo, and Year of the Dog, too! When I was about your age I had Crohn's Disease (woke up in the recovery room thinking I'd had my female parts removed to be told THAT) AND that I had a 50/50 chance of getting it back after they removed it. I said, "I'll take the top 50, thank you!" (That was 25 years ago and I've never had a sign of it.) So now I read about your battle, and I say, YEA, US!!! YOU GO, GIRL!! :) Wish I'd gotten to know you better before y'all went and moved outta dodge. But I'm holding the rope for you, too, and just wanted to let you know!! :)
Thanks Lopo! I'm with you - I'll take the top 50, 40, 30 whenever whatever. We Leos are tough, and going for the gold suits us well - hey, why not :)
ps: your son is awesome, very awesome.
Yeah, I guess I am huh?
;/
Amp I love this one! :D
