Pushing past the molasses

3rd Running Log (RL): 60 yds from tree to tree, raced my daughter, full on speed same as slow (petal to the metal, nothing), still bouncing with laughter. She loved it, won by a mile.

Reminded me of walking on meds: open throttle, slow shuffle, thick molasses, no change, ever. Only now the speed limit has doubled (maybe tripled) to a gentle jog and I'm laughing (big difference). So this is one month free. Alright.

Careful, ample... before you know it, you're going to be criss-crossing the country like Forest Gump! :)

I'm glad your bouncing back so well.

I already got the Gump look, all gangly, wobbly, arms flapping when I run, hilarious..... all that grinning really adds to the effect as well... gonna be one slow marathon though!! :)

So perhaps having our health stolen is the worst (well one of the worst) torments we can ever go thru. But then, having it RETURNED to us, is the greatest gift (of life!) we can ever ever ever receive. (Is that why we love such fiery gods?)
